Hi I am twenty years old and was born, bred, and currently live in Brooklyn. I am the oldest of six children and am a mother to an adorable baby boy. I love to bake, cook, travel, and being around children. I teach in a high school to students who need extra help with their studies. This is my third semester in this program. If I were to write a book I would name "If Only...". One of my favorite jokes is what did the fish say when it ran into the wall? Dam! I have never taught language arts but I am familiar with ideas on how to teach it. I am quite familiar with “new literacies”. My only concern about this course is how I am going to juggle the three classes, my job, and my household duties.
